Returns

We hope that you're satisfied with your order! We adore your cats as much as you do, so we've put together some items that are not only aesthetically pleasing but are also beneficial for them.

We accept returns within 30 days from the day that you received the order. We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery to see if it's in excellent condition. We will send you a replacement or issue a refund for items deemed defective or damaged. In cases like this, please feel free to reach out to us immediately with a picture of the item in question and the original packaging.

Orders that may have gotten lost in transit are beyond our control, but we are here to provide you with the assistance that you deserve! Please send us an email at any time, and we would be happy to send you a replacement or issue a full refund (in the form of your original payment method).

You may return the product for a full refund in the event that you're not happy with it. You may contact us within 30 days to initiate the return process. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition.

Return Conditions

The item should be unused, unopened, and resalable in order to be eligible for return. We recommend using a courier that offers insured shipping service because we are not responsible for returns that have gotten lost while in transit. Additionally, please ensure that the item is safely wrapped to prevent damage.

Please reach out to our support team first before you return the product to us.

Returns are processed in 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Note that reversal of funds may vary, depending on your financial institution, so please check with them for those details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't seen the refund in your account yet, here's what to do next:

  1. Double check your bank account - sometimes it takes a little bit for the refund to show up.

  2. Give your credit card company a call - they might be able to provide more information on the status of your refund.

  3. Check with your bank - there can be a processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@purrfectiion.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
